HALL BOOKING - TERMS &   CONDITIONS
  1. Halls are purely intended for conducting Training, Seminar, Business Promotion, Board Meetings and AGM only. Demonstration of Products / Services in any form is strictly prohibited.
  2. Halls will be available for hire from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm only with a minimum booking of 2 hrs. upto a maximum of 8hrs. (full-day). Extra hours taken shall be charged with 10% additional charges. Rs.500/- shall be charges extra for bookings on Sundays and Holidays.
  3. Payment Terms : Full payments should be made while booking the hall, which includes hall charges and quipment charges. Cheque / DD shall be drawn in favour of 'AIEMA Technology Centre'. Catering charges to be paid directly to the Caterer.
  4. Bookings shall be confirmed only on receipt of advance payment alongwith the relevant form dully filled in and signed by the customer.
  5. ATC reserves all the rights for Hall bookings. ATC administration can cancel the booking without assigning any reason.
  6. If ATC cancels a Hall Booking, the advance amount paid by the organisation, if any, will be refunded in full.
  7. Deposit Refund Clauses :
    a. 70%- If booking is cancelled before 10 days or more of hall booking date
    b. 40% -Bookings cancelled 5 days before hall booking date
    c. Nil -Within 24 hrs. of hall booking date.
  8. Phone calls and Xerox will be charged extra.
    A. Local call Rs. 3.00/-per call        
    B. Xerox Rs.2.00/- per page        
    C. Fax Rs. 10.00/- per page
  9. Unauthorized pasting of posters, disfiguring walls, etc., are strictly prohibited.
  10. Damages caused to the halls, chairs, equipments, etc., will be charged.
  11. No outside food and snacks are allowed in the premises.
  12. No illegal activities are allowed.
  13. Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the hall is prohibited.
